The candidate will be responsible for defining technical architecture, leading complex Guidewire implementations, managing integrations and ensuring scalability, performance and reliability of insurance applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Define and own the technical architecture and solution design for Guidewire implementations.\n\n- Lead end-to-end implementation, customization and integration of Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications.\n\n- Provide architectural guidance across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter and BillingCenter.\n\n- Design scalable and high-performing solutions using Guidewire architecture and development frameworks.\n\n- Drive integration strategy involving REST/SOAP APIs, messaging systems and third-party applications.\n\n- Establish development standards, coding guidelines and architectural best practices.\n\n- Oversee complex Gosu development, configuration and customization activities.\n\n- Lead technical design reviews, architecture discussions and code quality assessments.\n\n- Drive Guidewire version upgrades, migrations and modernization initiatives.\n\n- Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks and recommend appropriate solutions.\n\n- Work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects and delivery leadership.\n\n- Mentor senior developers and technical leads while ensuring successful project delivery.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications :\n\n- 12 - 15 years of overall IT experience with extensive experience in Guidewire development and architecture.\n\n- Deep expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite, including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter and BillingCenter.\n\n- Strong proficiency in Gosu programming, Guidewire configuration and customization.\n\n- Extensive experience in Guidewire integration architecture and enterprise application integrations.\n\n- Strong understanding of Guidewire data models, product models, workflows and application architecture.\n\n- Experience designing scalable solutions using REST APIs, SOAP services and messaging frameworks.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, SQL and enterprise application development.\n\n- Experience with Guidewire upgrades, cloud implementations and modernization projects.\n\n- Strong understanding of P&C insurance business processes.\n\n- Proven experience in technical leadership, solution architecture and stakeholder
