design REST/gRPC APIs, asynchronous pipelines, and distributed workflows.\nContribute to front-end (React/Next or similar) and shared libraries; ensure cohesive UX with strong performance budgets and accessibility.\nImplement CI/CD pipelines and DevEx improvements(build speed, quality gates, developer tooling).\nHigh-Frequency Transaction Systems:\nDesign for throughput, concurrency, and fault-tolerance (bulkheads, circuit breakers, idempotency, retry/backoff, message ordering).\nPerformance tune JVM, thread pools, GC, connection pools; establish SLOs and p95/p99 latency targets.\nIntroduce event streaming, queues, and exactly-once/at-least-once semantics where applicable.\nSecurity and Compliance:\nChampion IAM/CIAM/IGA patterns (OAuth2/OIDC, SAML), secrets management, KMS, and robust RBAC/ABAC.\nPartner with Security to embed threat modelling, secure coding, and automated security testing in the SDLC.\nReliability and Observability:\nDefine SLO/SLI/SLA, golden signals, and error budgets; implement tracing/metrics/logging dashboards (ELK/Grafana/OpenTelemetry).\nLead incident reviews, root-cause analysis, and resilience tests (chaos, failover, DR).\nLeadership and Collaboration:\nMentor senior engineers; review designs/PRs; raise engineering bar via patterns, documentation, and standards.\nCollaborate with Product on discovery, scoping, and MVP slicing; influence build-vs-buy and cost/perf trade-offs.\nRequirements:\n10+ years in software engineering with strong Java and Spring depth;
