technical discussions.\n\n- Drive resolution of complex technical issues and support modernization initiatives.\n\n- Mentor engineers and create a high-performance engineering culture.\n\n- Ensure alignment between business requirements, solution architecture, and delivery outcomes.\n\nTech Stack :\n\n- C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 8+\n\n- ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Microservices\n\n- SQL Server\n\n- Enterprise Integration patterns and middleware technologies\n\n- AWS Cloud and AWS DevOps\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Experience leading distributed engineering teams and governing end-to-end delivery.\n\n- Strong understanding of application architecture, scalability, security, and performance best practices.\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Experience :\n\n- Experience in Financial Services, Payments, or Enterprise Platforms.\n\n- Exposure to modernization, cloud migration, and integration transformation
