Become a part of the “strength within.”\nHexcel is currently seeking a CNC Operator for our Pottsville, PA, USA location.\nThe selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:\nOperate all NC machines, including Thermwoods.\nSupport all NC’s by performing the final inspection of parts\nLoading/unloading parts and tools and part preparation\nResponsible for maintaining a safe work environment\nMaintain an accurate E-log, 5-S, and housekeeping to customer requirement\nIndividuals could be asked to operate different machines on their shift\nDepartment or area specific expectations will be further defined by supervisor/manage.\nIndividual will support team efforts and product process by performing any operation or tasks deemed necessary by customer requirements, team consensus, and/or supervisor/manager\nWorks in a team environment to reach consensus decisions within the guidelines and boundaries established by the company, and maintains constructive relationships with co-workers\nQualifications:\nHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent\nMinimum of six months experience required, preferably in manufacturing\nBasic working knowledge of computer data entry function preferred\nMust be able to maintain a quality delegate stamp or attain and retain a quality delegate stamp\nMust follow all safety guidelines\nMust be a capable forklift operator\nFamiliar with PC computer systems\nPossess good organizational and administrative skills\nAble to develop audit reports and write non-conforming records as required\nEligible candidates must be a: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum.
