Become a part of the “strength within.”\nHexcel is currently seeking an EAP Supply Chain Process Adherence Manager for our Duxford, UK location.\nThe selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:\nConduct regular supply chain process adherence assessments across European manufacturing sites. \nAudit planning, replenishment, inventory management, and master data processes to ensure compliance with agreed standards. \nDrive the implementation and adoption of standardised supply chain processes across the European network. \nMonitor and measure adherence to supply chain operating procedures, identifying areas for improvement. \nLead corrective and preventive action plans to address process gaps and improve performance. \nSupport the rollout of new systems, tools, reporting solutions, and supply chain best practices. \nFacilitate Aero Excellence assessments, evidence gathering, and improvement plan tracking across sites. \nDeliver training, coaching, and capability development programmes for planners, materials managers, and supply chain teams. \nAnalyse process performance data, maintain adherence metrics, and identify recurring operational issues. \nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, standardisation, and operational excellence initiatives.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, or a related STEM discipline. \nProven experience in supply chain operations, planning, materials management, logistics, or manufacturing environments. \nStrong knowledge of supply chain process governance, operational excellence, and multi-site manufacturing operations. \nExperience conducting process audits, operational assessments, and compliance reviews. \nAbility to analyse data and convert insights into practical actions and process improvements. \nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and coaching skills. \nStrong understanding of master data management, inventory control, and planning processes. \nKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis. \nExperience with ERP systems and supply chain digital tools, including D365, SAP, or Oracle (desirable). \nProfessional qualifications such as APICS CSCP/CPIM, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or PRINCE2 are advantageous.\nCandidates must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based.
