Become a part of the “strength within.\"\nHexcel is currently seeking a Logistics Engineer for ourCasablanca, Morocco location.\nThe selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:\nEnsure warehouse operations comply with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards and promote a safe working environment through the consistent application of company policies and procedures.\n\nSupervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient execution of operational priorities and objectives.\n\nPlan and allocate resources effectively based on forecasted volumes, operational requirements, and capacity constraints.\n\nLead, support, and develop warehouse teams through coaching, training, and performance follow-up to enhance operational effectiveness.\n\nMonitor warehouse performance through key operational indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions when needed.\n\nAnticipate operational risks and constraints, proactively proposing solutions to maintain service levels and operational continuity.\n\nCoordinate logistics activities with transport providers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveries and receipts.\n\nOversee inventory management processes, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, stock control, inventory counting, and discrepancy resolution.\n\nEnsure the accuracy of orders, shipments, deliveries, inventory records, and logistics documentation while maintaining full traceability and compliance requirements.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing warehouse processes, updating operational procedures and training materials, and supporting the implementation of new tools and best practices.\n\nQualifications:\nEngineering degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\n\nStrong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation, and logistics planning.\n\nProficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel, including VBA development for process automation, reporting, and data analysis.\n\nStrong expertise in Power BI for dashboard development, KPI monitoring, data modeling, and business intelligence reporting.\n\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nCandidates must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based.
