Become a part of the “strength within.”\nHexcel is currently seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst for our Casa Grande, AZ, USA location. A successful manufacturing systems analyst will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and improving the systems and technology used in a manufacturing environment. The role will serve as a bridge between manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, and IT.\nThe selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:\nUpdate, maintain, and consistently apply established ERP system standards to facilitate costing, planning and execution of manufacturing operations including but not limited to: bills of material, labor standards, equipment standards, scheduling of resources, change management updates\nUpdate, maintain, and consistently apply already established procedures for routing instructions related to change management.\nProvide technical support for other departments related to ERP and supporting systems including but not limited to: investigations, reporting, updating / coordinating, capacity analysis, SMOG/inventory management\nDevelop Bills of Materials (BOM), process routings and PN configurations to meet customer expectations, considering safety, cost, quality, on-time performance, and inventory management\nAnalyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.\nDevelop system enhancements that reduce manual work and improve data integrity.\nQualifications:\nB.S. or B.A. from a four-year college or university preferred. Minimum of one year of experience required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.\nExperience with and knowledge of the following items is strongly preferred:Site database design, installation, and administration\nObject-oriented design and programming\nMicrosoft standard suite of products\nMicrosoft Dynamics AX or similar MRP system\nMicrosoft PowerBI\nVelocity or similar MES system\nApriso or similar MES system\nSharePoint\nAdvanced Excel capability\nWorking knowledge of VBA \n\nAbility to perform systems analysis and design, data analysis, programming and debugging.
