Become a part of the “strength within.”\nHexcel is currently seeking a Material Planner for our Casablanca, Morocco location.\nThe selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:\nReception, analysis, and confirmation of Customers Sales orders.\nPurchase goods, materials, components, or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets\nManage the Raw Material orders properly in order to have the material with right quantities at the right time.\nMonitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunity to the organization, and continuously revise Supply Chain Procedures and work Instructions.\nMonitor the inventory level and share the inventory yearly Plan and monitor aged inventory level.\nPrepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules.\nConduct research for new components and suppliers, and assess and evaluate suppliers and contribute to performance reviews to ensure contract compliance.\nPerform Yearly/ Monthly/Weekly Production Schedules in accordance with supply chain constraints. Managing Properly the MRP Data/Parameters to ensure proper output.\nOrganize with SCM the Management/ Tasks Related to the new Projects Introduction. (Include the affectation of each Material Planner to a given Project)\nContinuous Revision of Supply Chain Procedures and work Instructions.\nQualifications:\nEngineering Degree in Supply Chain/Industry or relevant field.\nRelevant 4 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.\nExcellent computer skills (MS Office is a must).\nRelevant experience using ERP (Microsoft AX is a plus).\nCritical thinking and negotiation skills.\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal\nCandidates must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based.
