Become a part of the “strength within.”\nHexcel is currently seeking Production Associates for our Seguin, TX USA location.\nThe selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:\nComply with and understand all safety rules and job hazards. Perform job responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner.\n\nMaintain efficiency and quality goals set up by department.\n\nInspect work in process to ensure quality per product specifications. Correct minor defects and notify supervisor of major quality issues.\n\nVerify that materials in use correspond with the master specification tag.\n\nPerform 5S as required by department best practices.\n\nComply with and understand all environmental regulations.\n\nPerform similar job-related duties as assigned.\n\nPerform housekeeping activities as needed.\n\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent, minimum\n\nMust be able to reach the back of the loom from the loom platform.\n\nVisual acuity of 20/30, minimum.\n\nRegular attendance on company premises is required.\n\nEligible candidates must be a: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum.
