Become a part of the “strength within.”\nHexcel is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for our Parla location (Spain).\nThe selected individual will be responsible for, but not limited, to the following obligations:\nReview customer specifications and develop Quality Plans that outline receiving and manufacturing processes and inspections to ensure compliance with both product and process requirements.\nManage document control, maintain the document archive and manage non-conformities detected in products/services from raw material suppliers. Generate and review raw material purchase specifications from suppliers.\nAttend audits conducted by customers and Certification Bodies on Hexcel-Parla's Quality Management System.\nManage and attend externally contracted Internal Quality Audits to ensure compliance with Quality Standards, as well as applicable internal and customer requirements.\nIssue periodic reports on quality efficiency, costs, etc. - Manage non-conformities and corrective actions recorded in internal audits, customer audits, and Quality System certification audits.\nQ ualifications:\nGraduate in Science or Engineering\nKnowledge of quality standards (ISO standards, calibrations, customer specifications, etc.) and completion of a course on ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards is considered necessary.\nKnowledge of statistical process control. Quality system auditor training or seminar according to ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards.\nKnowledge of composite materials. Computer skills. Advanced English.\nKnowledge of current Windows OS applications, servers and workstations.\nCandidates must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based.
