We deliver through accountability and collaboration among colleagues, bringing their diverse perspectives from around the world.\nHexcel is currently seeking aSenior Maintenance Engineer for our Casablanca, Morocco location.\nThe selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:\nLead and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency.\nEnsure full compliance of machinery and maintenance operations with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.\nDevelop, implement, and continuously improve maintenance strategies, schedules, and standard operating procedures.\nConduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.\nPartner with Production, Engineering, EHS, and Quality teams to improve equipment performance and manufacturing productivity.\nLead equipment upgrade, modernization, automation, and continuous improvement projects to optimize plant performance.\nMonitor and manage maintenance KPIs, preparing action plans to achieve operational excellence targets.\nEnsure the accuracy and effectiveness of maintenance records, and documentation to meet audit requirements.\nManage contractors, suppliers, and maintenance teams while supporting employee development, technical training, and capital investment projects. \nQualifications:\nEngineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).\n+6 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance and Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.\nExperience with PLCs, robotics, or advanced automation systems.\nProficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance software (CMMS).\nProblem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.\nCandidates must be eligible to work in the country where the position is based.
