The Sr. Operations Manager will have responsibility for providing leadership to the site in support of the manufacturing of composite aerospace hardware. A successful candidate will achieve success through the collaborative alignment of process engineering, quality, and supply chain with a strong emphasis on safety, customer satisfaction, cost, supporting new product development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Summary pay range: $118317- $202000 annual salary plus bonus.
