The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with\n\nMobile Device Management (MDM), Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools, or Patch\n\nManagement solutions. As a Presales Implementation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in\n\nworking with customers to understand their requirements, assisting in the presales process, and\n\nensuring smooth implementation of security solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and\n\ntranslate them into technical solutions.\n\n Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) deployments, and solution\n\npresentations for customers.\n\n Design and implement security solutions, including MDM, RMM, and Patch\n\nManagement tools, based on customer needs and business goals.\n\n Provide technical guidance and advice to clients during the presales cycle.\n Assist in creating and customizing proposals, responses to RFPs, and technical\n\ndocumentation.\n\n Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployments,\n\nconfigurations, and implementations of cybersecurity products.\n\n Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during presales and post-sales phases.\n Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the cybersecurity domain,\n\nparticularly related to MDM, RMM, and Patch Management.\n\n Support clients in managing and securing devices, networks, and endpoints.\n Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and efficient\n\nimplementation of solutions.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n\n 2 -5 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, with a focus on MDM (Mobile\n\nDevice Management), RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management), or Patch\n\nManagement tools.\n\n Strong understanding of security frameworks and protocols for device management,\n\nremote monitoring, and patching.\n\n Experience with deploying, configuring, and supporting MDM solutions such as\n\nAirWatch, MobileIron, or Microsoft Intune.\n\n Familiarity with RMM and Patch Management tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or\n\nNinjaRMM.\n\n Hands-on experience in presales activities, including customer engagements,\n\npresentations, and demos.\n\n Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to\n\nnon-technical audiences.\n\n Ability to manage customer expectations, solve problems quickly, and work under\n\npressure.\n\n Basic understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure.\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field\n\n(preferred).\n\nDesired Skills:\n\n Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security\n\nProfessional (CISSP), or any other relevant cybersecurity certifications.\n\n Experience in network security and endpoint management.\n Knowledge of cloud
