responsibilities:\nSamples Inventory\nMaintain an accurate and organized inventory of product samples.\nManage the reception, unboxing, labelling, display, storage and movement of samples.\nEnsure samples are properly stored, easy to locate, and accounted for at all times.\nCoordinate sample availability and preparation for internal requests, photoshoots, PR events and other business needs.\nProduct Creation\nSupport the creation and setup of new products across the relevant internal systems and logistics software.\nGenerate and manage barcodes and other required product information for new product launches.\nHelp ensure product information is complete, accurate and ready for the next steps in the operational process.\nQuality Control Support\nHelp with day-to-day quality control activities for samples and products.\nPerform product checks against defined quality standards and flag any issues or inconsistencies.\nHelp maintain clear records and follow-up on identified quality issues.\nWeekly Invoice Processing\nAdd procurement invoices to the payment sheet on a weekly basis, ensuring the required information is complete and accurate.\nOrganize and maintain the invoice folder for Accounting.\nProcurement Inbox & General Communications\nOrganize and maintain the procurement email inbox, ensuring messages are categorized, followed up and addressed in a timely manner.\nPrepare and send general procurement communications to suppliers and internal stakeholders as needed.\nRequirements\nWho You Are:\nAvailable to work in our office in Marquês de Pombal, Lisbon.\nBackground in Logistics or a related field (preferred but not required).\nProficient in written and spoken English and Portuguese.\nComfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.\nHighly organized, proactive and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage recurring operational tasks accurately.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple requests and priorities.\nPassionate about the fashion and jewellery industry.\nWhat We Offer:\nHands-on
