Your expertise will drive the development and optimization of scalable, reliable, and efficient backend systems that cater to our growing user base.\nKey Responsibilities\nSystem Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient backend systems.\nAPI Development: Create and maintain robust and secure RESTful APIs to serve front-end applications and third-party integrations.\nDatabase Management: Design and manage database schemas, ensure efficient data storage, and optimize queries for maximum performance.\nCollaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and designers to deliver feature-rich products.\nPerformance Monitoring: Monitor backend systems for performance, errors, and anomalies. Implement fixes and improvements as needed.\nCode Quality: Maintain high code quality through regular code reviews, pair programming, and writing unit and integration tests.\nContinuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest backend technologies and best practices to ensure HeyGen remains at the forefront of technology.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in backend development.\nProficiency in python, golang, c++ or java.\nExperience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nStrong knowledge of API design and development.\nKnowledge of best practices in security and data protection.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.\nExperience with Graphics API like OpenGL, Vulkan, etc.\nExperience with Streaming protocol like WebRTC.\nExperience with Machine Learning Infrastructure especailly computer vision.\nFamiliarity with microservices architecture.\nPrior experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.\nWhat HeyGen Offers\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nDynamic and inclusive work environment.\nOpportunities for professional growth and advancement.\nCollaborative culture that values innovation and creativity.\nAccess to the latest technologies and tools.\nSalary Range\n$170,000 - 220,000 annually\nPlease note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
