Someone who can move through complex systems, shape clean architecture and create the foundations modern AI workflows depend on.\nYou’ll work closely with engineers, AI specialists, strategists and designers in a company where ideas move quickly and the distance from thinking to building is intentionally small.\nWhat you’ll work on\nBuilding modern data platforms and pipelines\n\nCreating semantic foundations for AI systems\n\nDeveloping AI-powered workflows and agentic systems\n\nHelping clients move AI into real operational environments\n\nWorking closely with both technical teams and decision makers\n\nShaping how modern AI infrastructure is built in practice\n\nRequirements\nYou probably have experience with\ndbt, SnowFlake, Databricks, Fabric, BigQuery or similar ecosystems\n\nSQL, Python and APIs\n\nData modelling and warehousing\n\nGenAI, ML or MLOps workflows\n\nComplex systems and problem solving\n\nCuriosity, taste and builder mentality matter just as much to us as specific tools or years of experience.\nWhy Heyra\nWe believe consulting needs to be rewritten.
