Driving sales of bancassurance products, acquiring new clients, and building portfolio growth, requiring a Business/Marketing Degree or Diploma and 6 months sales experience..\n\nAbout the Role\n\nTo provide complete and appropriate insurance solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPresent, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.\n\nEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.\n\nReach out to customer leads through cold calling and continuously improve through feedback.\n\nExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.\n\nDeliver the agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within agreed timelines.\n\nCoordinate sales effort/activations with team members and other departments.\n\nAnalyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.\n\nSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.\n\nKeep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.\n\nAny other duties as may be assigned from time to time.\n\nQualifications\n\nAcademic & Professional\n\nDiploma from a reputable institution.
