the US and India.\n\n- Prepare operational runbooks, documentation, and daily system reports.\n\n- Participate in on-call rotation aligned with market hours.\n\n- Work with and lead a team of production support engineers in the firm.\n\n- Improve operational efficiency by suggesting improvements to existing processes\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 5+ years experience in production support, application support.\n\n- Experience in fintech, trading systems, market-data platforms, or low-latencyenvironments is a plus\n\n- Good expertise in Python is a must.\n\n- Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix command-line environments.\n\n- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure during trading hours.\n\n- Attention to detail and keen observational skills\n\n- Working
