Learn more about why clean hydrogen is critical for achieving zero-emissions.\nDescription\nAs a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you own the planning and execution of the electrolyzer stack, balance of plant, and any necessary tooling. You will work closely with design engineers to ensure the systems can be produced effectively, efficiently, and at accelerating rates. decarbonization.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate cross-functional efforts across design, supply chain, and production to execute the build process: covering planning, sourcing strategies, sequencing, MBoM development, tooling, equipment and work order creation\n\nAuthor work instructions and processes that allow interdisciplinary teams to build effectively while ensuring quality standards are met\n\nManage production team priorities, offer technical direction, drive execution, and support professional development of team members\n\nSupport manufacturing and assembly shop layouts\n\nDesign production tooling, jigs, and platforms to improve build consistency and rate\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (mechanical, aerospace, etc.)\n\n5+ years of experience building complex mechanical systems\n\nStrong understanding of fundamental principles in mechanical and fluid systems\n\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted\n\nAble to work on-site in Hawthorne, CA\n\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nProven ability to interface with multidisciplinary functions of mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems\n\nExperience and demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing comprehensive work instructions and test procedures\n\nProficiency in CAD and PLM systems (Siemens NX and Teamcenter preferred)\nA history of working directly with hardware and subsystems including, instrumentation, power systems, hazardous fluids, and structures in a controlled environment\n\nExperience working on build, test of complex assemblies at the system and subsystem level\n\nExperience with scaling manufacturing processes from development through rate production\n\nProfessional Qualities\nWhen given a
