Preferably have experience in campaign management, creative services, promotional items, print knowledge and will have a passion for exceptional campaign delivery.\n\nA ‘self-starter’ with excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills. Someone with the ability to question the norm and think outside the box.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsure production orders are delivered timely, to specification, and has met our quality specifications and client contractual obligations\nProviding technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high quality standards\nAdvise on technical specifications and best methods of production to deliver quality, savings and innovation to the client\nWork with the internal team members or external partners to coordinate production and delivery schedules, product specifications, quotations and billing\nDeveloping effective growth strategies and managing the opportunities for clients\nConduct WIP meetings and provide actual situation feedback to RAD directly.\nMaking key account decisions and exploring new commercial opportunities with clients\nEngaging key client stakeholders to drive commercial, innovation & process improvement plans\nProactively looking for the best way of maximizing delivery for the brand and driving new opportunities with our Clients\nDriving new revenue channels through influencing of current clients\nMeet or exceed the KPI’s as documented in the client contract & the client services team\nTo maintain the Company’s reputation on excellence in account delivery.\nDrive and influence the key briefs from clients by showing a clear understanding of their business objectives, to deliver the right execution requirements and cascade information effectively\nDeliver and manage a ‘client pulse’ program that provides regular and structured client feedback\nManage internal workflow, including data entry on internal system and required software.\nBuild team camaraderie and apply best practices in conjunction with wider HH Operations group and encourage knowledge sharing.\n\nKnowledge, Skills + Experience\nMust have at least 5 years in print, event / campaign management, promo items procurement essential.\nLed and enacted change with clients\nHandled large-scale projects and work with multiple stakeholders\nEffectively bilingual in Korean and English\nA good understanding of the print industry and production work，rich experiences on branded merchandiser, barware products and glassware . \nFamiliar with S.Korea market and business models, capable to fit for S.korea speed.\nSomeone who will ‘roll their sleeves up’ and won’t have a sense of hierarchy.\nA can-do mentality and ability to make tricky projects happen with a skill for collaboration.
