We deliver their website content aimed at Doctors and Nurses (healthcare professionals - HCPs) and patients. Most of our work is digital based and we originate and design content with scientific content. \nYou'll need experience of working with clients and delivering ongoing solutions to resolve their challenges - taking ownership of various relationships and developing them further. We are looking for an experienced and passionate account handler with strong experience within a medical communications agency, with an understanding of ABPI. Given the client growth, an interest in digital marketing is a must have requirement. \nThis role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client / vendor site(s) and home as necessary. \nKey responsibilities \nTake briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage project delivery from start to finish, suggesting alternative options and innovation where possible - own the process \nProvide technical input and advice on projects as required, briefing suppliers on precise client requirements and delivering exceptional levels of customer service \nMonitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time while implementing new methods and procedures as required - collaborate across multiple teams and utilize HH Global’s full-service offering \nDeliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account administration and reporting while keeping accurate records \nAgree and manage budgets and P+Ls, ensuring profit is maximized through analysis of performance \nDeliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLAs while ensuring compliance with Regulatory and Company policies \nKnowledge, skills + experience \nAdvanced client service management experience, including time spent working on developing and maintaining client relationships and across multiple vendors \nHealthcare Creative agency background, MedEd or MedComms\nSound understanding of science and medicine, the healthcare environment and the pharmaceutical industry \nDigitally savvy and a willingness to find new and exciting ways to communicate using healthcare/pharmaceutical insight to help shape the clients’ brands strategic or tactical plans\nUnderstand and have the ability, to apply the ABPI code of practice where required\nHas built client success -
