understanding their brand and market goals\nLead the execution of marketing activation campaigns across Retail, Experiential and Digital channels in Germany\nCoordinate with internal creative, production and strategy teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery\nManage campaign budgets, timelines, and reporting, ensuring efficiency and transparency\nEnsure all activations comply with German market regulations, especially in the Beverages sector\nMonitor campaign performance and consumer engagement, providing insights and recommendations\nSupport localization of global campaigns for the German audience, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance\nKnowledge, skills + experience\nAccount Management experience within the service / spend areas outlined above\nExperience working with FMCG, retail marketing execution and / or beverage clients within the German market\nFluency in English is essential and German fluency would be very valuable\nExcellent project management skills, experience with Asana a bonus\nUnderstanding of German consumer behavior and retail environments\nAble to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations\nCommercially aware with a keen eye for detail\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities\nExperience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred\nNumerate with a strong commercial understanding\nAble to prioritize workload in a high energy environment\nProcess driven, with an eye to sales and
