This role is the strategic business partner to both our client delivery teams and external clients to propose marketing program enhancements.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nWork with account leadership teams to build out robust reporting solutions for internal and external stakeholders.\nSupport account leadership with performance analytics that are presented during business reviews.\nMonitor, analyze, and escalate data input issues to account leadership teams to ensure account team compliance with contract terms and internal policy and procedures.\nCreate and maintain dashboards to facilitate identification of underperforming account metrics.\nProactively participate in the client’s marketing strategy meetings to identify any reporting follow-up needs.\nIdentify operational inefficiencies and partner with the business process improvement team to implement optimized ways of working.\nUtilize purchasing data to provide recommendations to client on marketing spend performance.\nAnalyze inventory reports and, where inventory processes are in place, make reorder and obsolescence recommendations as needed.\n\nKnowledge, Skills + Experience \n2+ years of experience as a business or financial analyst.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.\nPower BI experience preferred.\nStrong business analytical skills and highly detail-oriented.\nProficient in creating and managing various types of reporting and dashboards.\nExhibits a proactive and analytical solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.\nExpert written and verbal communication skills.\nAble to interact effectively across many offices and levels of business.\nExcellent organizational skills, follow-up and a proactive work style.\nAbility to adapt across a wide range of business scenarios, including fast-paced environments.\n\nFor Illinois applicants: The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location.
