This person will work directly with Business Development, Implementation, external agencies, and suppliers to ensure projects are purchased and executed in a way that ensures high quality and competitive pricing.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee and develop a high volume of solution proposals for multiple projects\nPerform procurement and project management for projects, with an understanding of the client’s objectives\nManage communication channels to ensure smooth workflow\nOversee specifications for the account to ensure all client requirements, quality expectation, availability, and delivery dates are clear\nSupervise requests for bid specifications and sending bids to selected vendors\nEnsure that savings targets are being hit\nInvestigate potential suppliers and make recommendations based on manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities, and schedule availability\nAssign and prioritize projects, set goals and timelines, and communicate progress to internal management\nHandle disputes with suppliers and partner with with our Client Engagement Team\nProvide strategic support in cases where improvements in purchasing effectiveness are achieved\nPartner with the VP of Implementation to understand the ongoing priorities of the department\nTender pricing and due diligence;\nSupplier analysis;\nSupplier Management;\nAccountable for overall Supplier Management / Innovation and must strategically manage new and existing sourcing relationships with a focus on supplier total cost of ownership and value;\nEnsure continuity of supply through the development of excellent supplier partnerships ensuring full awareness of Business Continuity plans;\nResponsible for all vendor contracts and negotiations;\nWork with the internal team to complete all tender requirements within given schedules.\n\nKnowledge, Skills + Experience\n5+ years of Sourcing and Purchasing Marketing experience (Print & Temporary displays materials)\nBachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Business, a related discipline or equivalent work experience.\nAdvanced English and Spanish required\nProven project management experience\nHighly proficient with MS Office software, especially with Excel\nStrong experience negotiating job costs and schedules with suppliers\nIndependent thinking, strong organization, and planning abilities\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nEntrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and
