You will support overarching tool strategy by gathering technical requirements, tracking project milestones, and coordinating feature testing for global go-to-market launches. \nThis is a remote position on a temporary contract of 2-4 months, with the possibility to extend. \nKey Responsibilities \nTechnical Implementation & Strategy: \nLead technical implementations, system integrations, and feature testing for our client’s DAM.\nExecute prioritized feature requests and technical roadmaps.\nScope complex features and gather technical requirements for vendors and engineering teams.\nProvide clear communication to cross-functional teams and vendors regarding project status and priorities.\nDAM Administration: \nManage user permissions and access to the DAM system. \nField requests from internal and external partners. \nTrack deadlines and project milestones to ensure goals are met. \nProcess Improvement: \nIdentify personnel needs and process improvements to optimize team efficiency. \nProvide clear communications regarding project status, issues, and priorities. \nKnowledge, Skills + Experience \nTechnical Proficiency: \nStrong proficiency in DAM software and system architecture.\nExpertise in metadata management and its impact on downstream API workflows.\nExperience scoping and implementing complex platform features.\nExperience with testing protocols, release management, and UAT.\nExperience working with large media files and large sets of data.\nUnderstanding of digital rights management and security compliance.\nSoft Skills: \nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into business impact for non-technical stakeholders.\nSystems thinking, with the ability to anticipate how platform changes impact global users and integrations.\nAbility to learn new systems quickly. \nExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills.\nStrong vendor management and client/customer service skills.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy. \nEffective communication skills, both verbal and written. \nAbility to maintain strict confidentiality. \nSelf-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. \nAdditional Experience: \n5+ years of experience working in DAM managing asset life cycles.
