The ideal candidate is passionate about design, marketing, motion graphics, and storytelling, with the ability to translate complex information into impactful visual communications through infographics, campaign assets, presentations, branding elements, and multimedia content.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the development and execution of creative solutions across different channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives, brand guidelines, and overall marketing strategies.\nCreate high-quality design assets including motion graphics, video content, digital campaigns, presentations, infographics, social media content, branding materials, and marketing collateral.\nCollaborate closely with Art Directors, Client Engagement Teams and cross-functional stakeholders to elevate creative concepts and ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints.\nTake ownership of projects throughout the full lifecycle, from creative briefing and concept development through production, delivery, and quality assurance.\nPresent creative concepts, design rationale, and final deliverables confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.\nProvide mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to Junior Designers and Production Artists, supporting their professional development and project success.\nReview and oversee creative output to maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and effectiveness across all deliverables.\nServe as a key quality control and design review resource, ensuring all work meets high standards and client expectations.\nIdentify opportunities to improve creative workflows, processes, and efficiencies across teams and accounts.\nContribute to new business opportunities by supporting pitches, creative proposals, and innovative client solutions.\nStay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving design best practices to continuously elevate the quality of work produced.\nKnowledge, Skills + Experience\n5-8+ years of experience as a multidisciplinary designer in an agency, marketing, creative services environment or similar.\nAdvanced English level for written and verbal communication.\nExperience designing for digital channels, including social media, email, web, digital advertising, and presentations. \nStrong background in motion graphics, video content, animation, and digital campaigns. \nAdvanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). \nProficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Google Slides. \nAbility to develop and execute creative concepts from ideation to final delivery. \nSolid understanding of digital design best practices;
