The role requires strong project management capability, technical understanding of fixture production, and hands-on coordination with factories, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, cost, and timeline objectives are met.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage full lifecycle of retail display and fixture projects, including prototypes, sampling, production, and delivery.\nCoordinate with internal teams (design, sourcing, account management) to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and executed.\nTrack and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.\nWork closely with factories and vendors to ensure production meets HH Global standards for quality, cost, and timelines.\nConduct regular factory visits for:\nPrototype review and approval\nMass production monitoring and troubleshooting\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and agents.\nReview and interpret CAD drawings and 3D models for retail fixtures and displays.\nProvide feedback to improve manufacturability, cost efficiency, and quality.\nCollaborate with engineering and design teams during prototype development.\nOversee prototype development and validate samples before mass production.\nArrange and coordinate QC inspections (in-line and final inspections).\nEnsure corrective actions are implemented when quality issues arise.\nHandle production orders and ensure proper documentation flow.\nCoordinate with factories on all invoice processes, including:\nPurchase orders\nInvoices\nPayment follow-ups\nMonitor project costs and support budgeting and cost control initiatives.\n\nKnowledge, Skills + Experience\nMinimum 5 years of experience in retail display and fixture production.\nStrong background working with trading companies, sourcing agents, or production vendors is highly preferred.\nProven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nGood understanding of retail fixture manufacturing processes, including:\nMetal fabrication\nWoodwork\nAcrylic and plastic components\nKnowledge of injection moulding plastic production is highly preferred.\nAbility to read and interpret CAD drawings and review 3D models.\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.\nDetail-oriented with strong quality control mindset.\nAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectively.\nFrequently traveling to factories within China.\nFluency in English and Mandarin is required.\nExperience in international retail or global brand environments.\nFamiliarity with sustainability and material compliance standards.\nBackground in engineering or manufacturing-related fields.\nUniversity graduate\nEnglish level: Level 4 or
