point of contact for our clients _ ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and timelines\nTake detailed briefs from clients in conjunction with your Account Manager and project manage campaigns and implementations from briefing to delivery\nProduce detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledge\nQuickly respond to changes and challenges, maintaining a flexible and proactive approach\nDeliver a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders\nMonitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time\nImplement new methods and procedures as required\nWork as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting\nWork with Account Director and Account Manager(s) to identify and develop new business opportunities\nManage and monitor objectives to meet key business drivers\nEnsure compliance with Regulatory and Company policies\nMeasure customer satisfaction and take appropriate action to continually exceed expectations\nBudget responsibility for campaigns\nKnowledge, skills + experience\nAccount / Project Management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict service level agreements and key performance indicators\nExperience of managing marketing campaigns for in-store activation is highly preferable\nExperience in trouble shooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures\nA great project / program manager, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nNumerate with a strong commercial understanding\nStrong time management and prioritization skills\nAble to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations\nGreat Excel skills\nAdvanced English + Czech language skills\nEssential criteria\nProven experience in project management within a fast-paced client services, agency, retail, or outsourced environment\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing competing priorities while meeting deadlines and service level agreements\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence clients, suppliers, and internal teams\nCommercially aware, with experience managing project budgets, costs, and delivering value-driven solutions\nFluent English and Czech language skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel\nWhat success looks like\nProjects and retail activations are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed specifications, consistently meeting client expectations\nTrusted relationships are built with key client stakeholders, resulting in high levels of
