At H&H, you’ll join a firm that is building on its legacy by aligning expertise, expanding opportunity, and positioning itself for long-term, sustainable growth.\nResponsibilities\nOversee preparation of contract documents for moderately complex projects, including but not limited to detailed plans, engineering calculations, specifications, etc.\nCoordinate assignments between task teams and foster teamwork\nSupport the Project Manager in the oversight and tracking of project progress and budget\nCoordinate project activities and submissions with the Quality Management Plan\nResponsible for supervision of the project team staff \nAssists with proposals for opportunity pursuits\nPrepare scope, schedule and budget for task assignments\nRoutinely interact with clients and stakeholders\nProvide technical guidance to less experienced engineering project team members\nWork closely with other disciplines and on multi-discipline projects\nRequirements\n BS in Civil Engineering required; MS preferred\n PE License required (preferably in NY)\n A minimum of eight years of Engineering experience with a focus on design (Structural Preferred)\n Experience with local client base such as NYSDOT, NYCDOT, MTA, PANYNJ, or NYCDDC\n Experience in conceptual, preliminary, and final design and plan/calculation production of bridge projects following Federal and State code\n Ability to work effectively as part of a design team\n Excellent verbal and written communication skills\n Benefits\nSalary range-$110,000 - $175,000 annually.
