Branch Manager leading sales operations and motivating the sales team to achieve targets at the Nakuru branch, requiring a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration, 3+ years proven sales experience preferably in retail and previous experience supervising a sales team, in a home appliances retail environment, on-site role in Nakuru.\n\nWe are looking for a results-driven and people-focused Branch Manager to join our team and lead sales operations at our Nakuru branch.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.\n\nDevelop and implement strategies to drive sales, revenue, and customer growth.\n\nMonitor daily sales performance and provide regular reports and insights.\n\nCoach, train and support sales representatives to improve performance.\n\nManage customer relationships and ensure a high standard of customer service.\n\nMonitor stock availability and coordinate with relevant teams to support sales.\n\nIdentify market opportunities and keep track of competitor activities.\n\nHandle customer concerns and support the team in resolving escalated issues.\n\nEnsure adherence to company policies, sales procedures, and operational standards.\n\nWork closely with management to achieve branch and company objectives.\n\nRequirements:\n\nDiploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.\n\n3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in retail (home appliances/electronics) or a similar fast-paced environment.\n\nPrevious experience managing or supervising a sales team.\n\nStrong leadership, communication, negotiation and customer service skills.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work with and achieve sales targets.\n\nStrong analytical and reporting skills.\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.\n\nMust be based in Nakuru.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nWe want someone who is ambitious, hands-on, target-driven and passionate about developing people.
