As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Director, Data Analytics to build and lead the team that helps every part of Hi Marley make better decisions with data. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll lead an existing analytics team of two, including a Manager of Analytics. You’ll own hiring as the function expands and partner with leaders across Product, Customer Success, Growth, Marketing, and Finance to drive data-driven decision-making. You’ve built, scaled, and delivered with this function at a growth-stage company before, and you’re just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves and diving into the data yourself.
