About the role You'll be the person who knows how our customers really use Hi Marley, and who turns that knowledge into better decisions across the company. You'll join a growing Analytics team with shared standards, tools, and a career path, and partner most closely with Product and Customer Success on a modern data stack (Redshift, dbt, and Dagster). This isn't a reporting queue. You'll take a business question from the first conversation to an answer, and sometimes present that answer straight to a customer.
