The role acts as a Senior Finance Partner to Benelux Services Leadership, driving installed base monetization, capture rate growth, margin expansion and capital efficiency across the Services portfolio. The role materially contributes to improving Services profitability, cash conversion and pricing discipline through proactive margin steering, contract performance control and cost-to-serve transparency.\nThe primary location is Meppel, the Netherlands.\nKey responsibilities\nDrive installed base monetization, capture rate growth, and margin expansion across Spare Parts, Lifecycle Services, and Accessories\n\nSafeguard contract profitability, pricing discipline, and revenue recognition while optimizing Net Working Capital and cost-to-serve\n\nSteer workshop and field service financial performance, including utilization, absorption, standard costs, and charge-out rates\n\nEnsure Orderbook consistency and provide financial analysis, profitability tracking, and margin oversight for Equipment activities\n\nLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to enhance forecast accuracy and support strategic decision-making for both Services and Equipment\n\nSupport M&A evaluation, strategic growth initiatives, and integration of newly acquired activities\n\nEnsure compliance with Hiab finance principles and governance standards across all operations\n\nPartner with central finance teams and regional leadership to drive process improvements and digital ways of working\n\nDelivering accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and proactive risk/opportunity identification\n\nDriving pricing discipline, Services and Equipment profitability, capital efficiency, and governance compliance.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nMaster’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (CIMA/ACA/ACCA preferred)\n\n5+ years of experience in Business Control or Finance Business Partnering, ideally within Services, aftermarket, or industrial sectors\n\nProven background in forward-looking financial steering, scenario modeling, and strategic decision support\n\nStrong analytical skills and affinity for digital finance tools, BI platforms, and process automation\n\nHigh commercial acumen with the confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively\n\nProactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication and change management abilities\n\nFluency in English and willingness for occasional travel.\n\nWhat we offer\nAs a part of our Employees First culture, we offer opportunities to grow within a dynamic environment that values flexibility and your well-being.
