Therefore, the primary focus is Services performance (majority allocation), with limited Equipment financial performance (operational planning ownership remains within the Equipment organization) support and governance coordination responsibilities.\nYou will materially contribute to improving Services profitability, cash conversion and pricing discipline through proactive margin steering, contract performance control and cost-to-serve transparency.\nThis position is based in Ellsmere, UK.\nKey responsibilities\nDrive installed base monetization and sustainable capture rate growth across Spare Parts, Lifecycle Services and Accessories\nLead margin expansion initiatives and strengthen pricing discipline\nSafeguard contract profitability including revenue recognition and margin monitoring\nSupport customer and dealer discussions with financial insights on profitability, pricing and contract economics where relevant.\nOptimize Net Working Capital and cost-to-serve across Services activities\nEnsure performance transparency and forward-looking analysis across recurring and non-recurring revenue streams\nOwn financial steering of workshop and field service performance (utilization, absorption, standard cost rates, charge-out rates) where applicable\nGatekeeper to Orderbook consistency and reliability\nProvide financial performance analysis and margin monitoring\nSupport working capital and profitability tracking\nContribute financial insights while operational planning ownership remains within Equipment organization\nSupport budgeting and forecasting processes with focus on forecast accuracy and business relevance\nDeliver structured financial modelling and scenario analysis\nSupport financial integration and performance tracking of acquired or newly integrated activities\nSupport financial evaluation of acquisitions, partnerships and Hiab growth initiatives\nProvide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support investment decisions\nProvide actionable performance insights to Market leadership.\nWhat we are looking for\nBachelor‘s degree in Finance, Business or related filed\nProfessional qualification (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) advantageous \nMinimum 5 years’ experience in Business Control or Finance Business Partnering (high-performing internal candidates with strong track record may be considered).\nExperience in Services, aftermarket or recurring revenue business models preferred\nExposure to industrial, heavy equipment, automotive or similar industries advantageous\nProven track record of forward-looking financial leadership, including scenario modelling, proactive performance steering and strategic decision support.\nDemonstrated experience in digital finance environments with strong affinity for BI tools, data analytics and process automation initiatives\nAbility to influence, challenge constructively and communicate confidently with senior operational stakeholders.\n\nWhat we offer\nThis role offers high visibility within the Market organization and meaningful influence on commercial and operational decision-making.
