Based on-site in Gdańsk, your core mission is to keep our workplace technology running smoothly, ensuring end-users have the tools and support they need to succeed.\nThis is fundamentally a people-first role in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Beyond managing equipment, networks, and tickets, your real impact comes from customer service: interacting with colleagues across all levels of the business, understanding their technical needs, and coordinating effective solutions. If you have solid IT foundations, strong organizational instincts, and thrive in an active, international setting, this role offers the perfect platform to expand your skills without requiring a senior-level profile.\nKey responsibilities\nProvide on-site \"hands and feet\" support for end-users, meeting room tech, workplace peripherals, and local network/server infrastructure in coordination with global service teams.\nAct as the primary local IT contact, tracking, troubleshooting, and resolving daily user requests and incidents in a timely manner.\nCoordinate local IT equipment logistics, including peripheral procurement, mobile devices (MDM/telephony), and carrier contract administration.\nLiaise with local external vendors and service providers, supervising on-site maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards.\nMaintain accurate site documentation, IT asset inventories, and CMDB records in line with global standards and ITIL best practices.\nConduct planned one-day visits once a month to our sites in Warsaw and Poznań to provide on-site support and maintain cross-location alignment.\nWhat we are looking for\nSolid foundation in Windows environments, end-user hardware, mobile devices, and fundamental network/infrastructure troubleshooting.\nStrong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and stay composed in a busy, multi-tasking environment.\nA natural \"people person\" , capable of communicating clearly and constructively with colleagues at all organizational levels.\nFluent in both Polish and English (written and verbal) to collaborate effortlessly with local staff and remote international teams.\nWhat we offer\nAs a part of our Employees First culture, we offer opportunities to grow within a dynamic environment that values flexibility and your well-being.
