This is a great chance to gain practical experience and see firsthand how a major international manufacturing company operates.\nAs a Junior Accountant, you will handle a broad scope of tasks that will accelerate your professional growth. Your primary focus will be end-to-end document processing - handling a diverse range of invoices (especially cost invoices across various tax rates) and company expenses, as well as managing business travel expenses and employee expense settlements.\nKey responsibilities\nPosting, coding, and verifying diverse invoices and operating the ERP and electronic document flow systems.\nSettling business travel expenses, company expenditures, and employee settlements.\nMonitoring accounts payable, tracking payments, and resolving balance discrepancies with vendors.\nSupporting the Chief Accountant with reconciling sub-ledgers to the general ledger and assisting during inventory counts.\nPreparing routine accounting analyses and reports, including monitoring the status of unposted invoices.\nArchiving documentation and collaborating with other departments to maintain efficient document workflow.\nWhat we are looking for\nMinimum secondary education (a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is an advantage).\nAround 1 year of introductory accounting experience would be advantageous.\nKnowledge of basic accounting principles and proficiency in MS Office.\nCommunicative English skills (both written and spoken).\nStrong attention to detail, analytical mindset, dependability, and an eagerness to learn.\nWhat we offer\nAs a part of our Employees First culture, we offer opportunities to grow within a dynamic environment that values flexibility and your well-being.
