The role also includes a high amount of communication as the daily bridge between suppliers and the rest of the organisation.\nThe position is based in Gdansk, Poland and will be on a hybrid working model.\nKey responsibilities\nSpare parts procurement according to planning parameters (purchasing of material and follow up on confirmed dates and suppliers ability to deliver ( OTIF)\nProactive identification of the risk of deviations in deliveries and taking corrective and preventive actions\nDriving supplier performance management to improve cooperation/ KPIs - lead time and confirmation accuracy\nIndependently conducting meetings with suppliers in order to develop cooperation, relationships and achieve result goals\nCooperation with the Sourcing department to ensure smooth cooperation with suppliers and to achieve the goal of availability of the right material for customers\nCooperation with Planners to ensure a clear and transparent material management planning process\nKeeping customer service informed on expected delivery dates on parts with backorders\nReviewing supplier invoices\nSupplier claims handling \nSupport in purchasing master data management\nMaintain high availability of information on the purchase order process\nHandling deviations in the purchasing and invoicing process.\nWhat we are looking for\nAcademic education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or corresponding knowledge acquired through work experience\nFocus on structure and good organisation\nHigh communication skills\nHigh sense of urgency and customer centric mind-set\nAbility to focus on details\nAbility to work independently to complete given tasks and assignments\nWhat we offer\nAs a part of our Employees First culture, we offer opportunities to grow within a dynamic environment that values flexibility and your well-being.
