Working closely with Sales Executives, Dealer Managers, and Business Developers, you will act as the go-to authority for solution positioning, complex configurations, and public tenders.\nYou will be responsible for evaluating technical proposals before they reach production to ensure every concept holds up in the field. Beyond deal support, you will act as the voice of the market, identifying portfolio gaps to advise R&D on where our products need to evolve. You will also translate complex engineering jargon into practical, value-driven training for the sales force, join sales representatives on site visits (with a company car provided), and drive full adoption of our sales and configuration tools.\nKey responsibilities\nPartner directly with, Sales Executives, and dealer networks to support complex opportunities, delivering clear value-selling arguments, lifecycle economics, and product differentiation\nLead pre-sales technical clarification and documentation for public tenders and major commercial proposals, including Q&A management, scope review, and technical risk assessment\nReview and validate solution feasibility, stability calculations, safety parameters, and margin impact before order approval for production\nAnalyze competitive offerings and customer requirements to identify portfolio gaps, providing actionable field intelligence to Product Management and R&D to influence future product line updates\nTurn complex technical details into easy sales guides and deliver practical product training to sales teams and dealers\nKeep all technical sales materials accurate, updated, and on-brand.\nWhat we are looking for\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Commercial Engineering, with approximately 5 years of experience in heavy machinery or related technical/sales roles\nHands-on proficiency in standard 2D/3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, DraftSight, or similar) to read, review, and adapt technical drawings according to customer requirements\nProven experience in technical pre-sales, public tenders, and managing technical clarification processes, with the ability to conduct structural/stability evaluations using software tools\nFluent in English and the local language, with the ability to explain complex technical ideas in clear, simple business terms\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate a broad multi-business-unit portfolio (5 business units) and adapt product setups to custom client needs\nWillingness to travel regularly with sales reps to dealers and customer sites; active driver's license required (company car provided).\nWhat we offer\nAs a part of our Employees First culture, we offer opportunities to grow within a dynamic environment that values flexibility and your well-being.
