Serving as the vital voice of the customer within the value stream, you will validate standardized work practices and partner with suppliers to champion continuous quality improvements.\nThe position is based in Raisio, Finland.\nKey responsibilities\nMonitor and evaluate the quality and safety of incoming goods and packaging\n\nProactively identify safety risks and promote adherence to 5S standards\n\nTrack, report, and manage quality deviations related to suppliers\n\nAnalyze, report, and address internal production defects and rework trends\n\nCommunicate quality insights and non-conformances to key business line stakeholders\n\nReview, approve, and process invoices for in-house technical claims\n\nLead quality initiatives as the dedicated quality representative for assigned value streams\n\nGenerate comprehensive non-conformance reports (NCRs) for product, process, or drawing deviations\n\nApply Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools to monitor and optimize manufacturing processes\n\nPartner with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement robust corrective actions (e.g., 8D, A3)\n\nDevelop and execute structured product audit plans incorporating claims, customer feedback, and internal metrics\n\nConduct internal and external quality audits and ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions\n\nCompile quality documentation and data packages in line with project requirements (e.g., PPAP, QGAR)\n\nMaintain and update daily SQDIP boards with key quality metrics\n\nCoordinate and oversee the incoming inspection workflow.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field\n\n3-5 years of quality engineering experience within mechanical manufacturing and assembly operations\n\nProficiency with core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., ERP systems, 8D, A3, Kaizen, SPC, SIPOC, Pareto analysis, DMAIC)\n\nStrong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across internal teams and external partners\n\nSolid technical aptitude regarding manufactured products and assembly functionality\n\nAbility to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications\n\nStrong process-oriented mindset focused on continuous quality improvement\n\nLean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification is considered a strong advantage\n\nFluency in English and Finnish, with openness to occasional business travel.\n\nWhat we offer\nAs a part of our Employees First culture, we offer opportunities to grow within a dynamic environment that values flexibility and your well-being.
