We believe in more than just work - we believe in making a difference for our customers to building a better tomorrow.\nSay Hi! to your next challenge - explore the opportunity and apply below!\nYour mission\nWith several new products in the pipeline and strong growth, we are expanding our development team and looking for an experienced Electronic Hardware Designer that can take on team lead responsibility.\nThis position is based in Vallentuna and requires occasional travelling.\nKey responsibilities\nIn the team we work primarily with radio remote controllers, sensors of different types and other auxiliary electronic devices that could be found on on-road load handling equipment. You will work across the full process, from schematic design to PCB layout, and prepare materials for ordering and production\nYour role will include both new development and product maintenance, as well as PCB designs for production fixtures and tools.It is important that you have a strong interest in technology, are self-driven, and enjoy solving problems\n\nYou will collaborate closely with software and mechanical engineers, and work in proximity to our in-house production, which includes surface-mount technology (SMT). This allows for fast prototype development. Supporting production duringchallenges like End of Life (EOLs) and Last-Time Buys (LTBs) will also be part of your responsibilities\n\nYou will mentor and guide a small group of hardware engineers, making sure that the deliveries from the team are on time and with the right quality level. In parallel to your own deliveries you will assign tasks, provide technical support, and promote continuous improvements.\nYou will work cross-functionally within the organization and have external contacts as well.\nWhat we are looking for\nA university degree or equivalent work experience within electronic hardware and has been working with electronics hardware design for 10 years\nWe use Altium for all our designs, and proficiency in Altium is considered a merit\nSince several of our products incorporate functional safety, experience from ISO 13849 or adjacent standards is also considered a merit\nFluency in English - both written and spoken.\nWhat we offer\nAs a part of our Employees First culture, we offer opportunities to grow within a dynamic environment that values flexibility and your well-being.
