He/she is accountable for maximizing\nspare parts and service revenue, strengthening partner performance and capability, expanding service\nproduct adoption, and ensuring consistent partner operating standards. He/she also acts as a point of\ncontact for partners regarding warranty processes, technical support, and technical training.\nKey responsibilities\nDevelop partner aftermarket business by maximising installed base utilisation and providing\ncommercial guidance\nSet targets, monitor KPIs, and performance manage partners to drive sustainable parts and service\nsales growth.\nConduct regular performance reviews and audits, collaborate with equipment sales teams on\npartner alignment and effectiveness.\nIdentify market gaps and growth opportunities through data driven analysis.\nIncrease spare parts capture rates across all products through the partner network\nDrive adoption and sales of service contracts, digital products, and other service offerings\nPropose and develop parts sales campaigns in coordination with the e-commerce team\nManage indirect service pricing, partner discounts, and incentive structures in alignment with the\nServices division and pricing teams\nEnsure partner compliance with Hiab brand, marketing, and operating standards\nExtend service partner network for an optimal market coverage.
