Working closely alongside our Finance and Business Controlling Manager, you will assist in tracking budgets, analyzing discrepancies, and creating polished reports for decision-makers across the business. Over this structured 6-month program, you will gain direct experience with global enterprise systems like SAP, thrive in an open, supportive team culture, and kickstart your career in global finance with confidence.\nKey responsibilities\nAssist with day-to-day operational activities tied to standard financial reporting.\nPerform routine end-to-end controlling tasks across multiple internal systems and data sources.\nSupport the Finance & Business Controlling Manager in communication, follow-ups, and escalation processes to ensure stakeholder alignment.\nContribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across service lines and at a consolidated level.\nHelp prepare regular management reporting packages for service line leads and corporate stakeholders.\nHandle ad-hoc financial and data requests in an accurate and timely manner.\nWhat we are looking for\nCurrently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.\nFamiliarity with basic management accounting and corporate finance concepts.\nNo previous experience required - we are ready to train you.\nFluent written and spoken English.\nGood practical working knowledge of MS Excel (and general MS Office / Google Workspace).\nStrong analytical mindset with good problem-solving and communication skills.\nProactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.\nWhat we offer\nYou’ll join a forward-thinking global team with a true \"Employees First\" mindset.
