This is a hybrid role spanning Salesforce administration, development, application support, troubleshooting, and delivery. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with customer stakeholders, understanding business requirements, resolving application issues, and delivering Salesforce solutions end-to-end.\n\nResponsibilities: \nProvide Salesforce application support and troubleshoot customer issues and defects.\nPerform Salesforce administration, including users, security, objects, fields, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and data management.\nBuild and maintain Salesforce automation using Flow.\nDevelop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and other custom Salesforce solutions as required.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable Salesforce solutions.\nOwn development, unit testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-deployment validation.\nPartner directly with customer stakeholders to diagnose issues, provide technical guidance, and communicate solutions clearly.\nMaintain accurate technical and support documentation.\nIdentify recurring issues and proactively recommend improvements to system functionality and processes.\n\nRequirements: \n0 -
