Come join us.\nThe Professional Services team sits within the Customer Success department in HiBob. Within Professional Services we are responsible for providing consultation and enablement to HiBob customers. Supporting them through the implementation of HiBob to ensure they get the best out of the solution.\nResponsibilities\nBe the main point of contact for our clients from point of sale through to deployment\n\nGather system requirements and business objectives from customers\n\nAssess how best to configure the platform and provide guidance on best practices and successful deployment\n\nIdentify and analyze project risks & dependencies on an ongoing basis\n\nAnalyze operational data and use it to constantly scale and find efficiencies in internal workstreams\n\nWork cross-functionally with our Sales, CS Engineers, Product & Account teams\n\nMaintain detailed project plans to communicate project status both internally & externally\n\nPerform risk management to minimize project risks\n\nReport and escalate to management as needed when project time deadlines become at-risk\n\nRequirements\nRequirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor.
