Come join us.\nWe are seeking a Proposal Coordinator, located on the U.S. West Coast, to play a pivotal role in our sales process by running HiBob’s proposal response process from end-to-end. You will be responsible for crafting comprehensive, compelling responses that effectively communicate HiBob's value proposition and capabilities. In addition to proposal management, this role will assist in the development and curation of proposal related tools and processes, such as a repository of proposal-related information and collateral as well as other projects as needed. \nBeyond day-to-day proposal and project work, this role offers opportunities for strategic influence via close alignment with both regional and global teams/leaders. The Global Proposals team is a small but mighty team that supports the global sales organization in developing winning proposals. We are expected to act as leaders of our domain, simplifying complex proposal responses through strategic planning, clear direction, and effective content development. We do this by partnering with other functions internally (professional services, product, engineering, success, marketing etc.) and working proactively to stay up to date on HiBob’s products and services.\n**Note: We are prioritizing candidates located in the PST time zone to meet the business needs of collaborating effectively with our Americas and APJ teams.\nBase salaries for this role range from $110,000 - $135,000 per year. When making individual pay rate decisions, we take into account the candidates’ depth of experience, their qualifications relative to incumbent employees, and their location-among other factors.\nResponsabilidades\nManage the end-to-end RFP and proposal response process, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of multiple simultaneous projects.\nFind and create efficiencies in the business to help streamline the process\nAssist in developing detailed, professional proposal documents that articulate HiBob's products, services, and unique value\nLeverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or others to utilize, build and maintain a robust repository of response content and sales enablement materials\nWork closely with Global Proposals team members and Product Marketing to create content assets and prepare for new product launches\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Finance, Security, Legal, etc.) to gather accurate information for both one-off and ongoing use\nIdentify gaps and provide insights to enhance our proposal strategy based on customer feedback\nStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and HiBob's evolving product roadmap\nAct as leader; closely collaborating with GTM leaders and teams in strategic alignment, presenting process/tool updates, and identifying improvements.\nRequisitos\n5+ years of experience in RFP/proposal management, technical writing, or a related role (preferably in SaaS/HR tech)\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly\nStrong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines\nProficiency with AI RFP tools like Inventive, etc., as well as G-Suite\nUnderstanding of HR processes, challenges, and technology solutions is a plus\nBeneficios\nAt HiBob, our people are at the heart of everything we do.We’re building a global village of ambitious, thoughtful, and talented Bobbers who want to do the best work of their careers.
