This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll design scalable solutions, serve as the Tier 2-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges, and help shape how we integrate AI-powered tools into our environment\nResponsabilidades\n SaaS & Identity ArchitectureHelp with the design and evolution of HiBob's SaaS strategy, ensuring scalable, secure, and seamless management of enterprise applications.\nOwn the Okta identity platform: SSO/SAML configuration, SCIM provisioning, lifecycle automation, and access governance across 50+ applications.\nDefine standards, policies, and best practices for application integration, implemented across the broader IT team.\nDesign, build, and maintain SaaS integrations using APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integration platforms (e.g., Workato) to automate business processes and reduce manual effort.\nContinuously evaluate new tools, AI-powered applications, and frameworks to strengthen our SaaS capabilities, including building the integration strategy for each.\nSupport the integration and governance of AI-powered tools, ensuring secure deployment aligned with IT and Security policies.\n Endpoint & Device ManagementAdminister and optimize Jamf Pro (Macs) and JumpCloud (Windows devices), ensuring compliance, security, and seamless user experience.\nOptimize deployment and lifecycle workflows to enable zero-touch onboarding and efficient device management\nPartner with IT Specialists to operationalize onboarding, compliance, and device lifecycle processes at scale.\nSupport audit, reporting, and compliance initiatives by maintaining clear visibility into device health and fleet metrics.\nTier 2-3 Support & Team CollaborationServe as the escalation point for complex MDM, identity, and SaaS-related issues, performing root cause analysis and driving resolution.\nCollaborate with IT Specialists to support day-to-day IT operations, guiding execution while helping resolve advanced tickets.\nWork closely with IT Security Engineers to align system configurations with company-wide security and compliance objectives.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce ticket volume through self-service capabilities and process improvements\nDocument systems, integrations, and runbooks to enable team knowledge sharing and operational continuity.\nRequisitos\n Required6+ years of experience in IT, including 3+ years focused on SaaS administration, identity management, and systems integration.\nHands-on experience with identity platforms such as Okta, including SAML/SSO, SCIM provisioning, lifecycle rules, and access governance.\nProven deep expertise with MDM platforms such as Jamf, JumpCloud, or Intune. \nDemonstrated ability to evaluate and integrate AI-powered enterprise tools, including understanding of data governance, API integration patterns, and responsible AI deployment.\nStrong integration skills with hands-on experience building workflows using APIs, webhooks, and platforms such as Workato, Slack Workflows, Google Workspace APIs, Okta Workflows (or equivalent), and AI automation platforms to streamline enterprise operations.\nScripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate IT tasks and drive efficiency at scale.\nProven Tier 3 support experience in a global, fast-paced environment, collaborating across time zones and teams.\nA proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership - comfortable leading projects end-to-end and driving impact.\n PreferredExperience with Google Workspace administration at scale.\nDeep understanding of macOS, Windows, compliance, and lifecycle best practices.\nExperience with AI-powered IT tools and understanding of responsible AI integration in enterprise environments.\nExperience with HRIS platforms (especially Bob), Slack, Asana, Notion, Jira or other enterprise applications.\nExperience with ITSM platforms including their workflows and integrations.\nExperience implementing AI tools in enterprise environments, including prompt engineering basics, AI agent workflows, or LLM-based automation.\nBeneficios\nJoin our village HiBob is a village filled with amazing people and we’re especially proud of that.
