requires a strong onsite presence within Singapore and the flexibility to support executive meetings and events as needed.\nKey Responsibilities\nExecutive & VIP Support\nProvide premium onsite IT support to CEO Office executives and VIP users.\nDeliver rapid issue resolution for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.\nAct as a trusted technology advisor for executives and executive assistants.\nEnsure minimal disruption through proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance.\nMeeting & Event Support\nProvide onsite technology support during executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership events.\nSet up and troubleshoot audio/video conferencing solutions including Microsoft Teams Rooms and meeting room systems.\nCoordinate with global IT teams to ensure end-to-end support coverage during critical events.\nSupport hybrid and virtual meetings involving senior leadership.\nEndpoint & Collaboration Support\nTroubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 related issues.\nSupport Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and collaboration technologies.\nManage endpoint configurations, software installations, upgrades, and security compliance.\nSupport mobile devices including iOS and Android platforms.\nIncident & Service Management\nHandle priority incidents with a high sense of urgency and ownership.\nMaintain accurate ticket documentation and follow ITIL service management practices.\nEscalate complex issues appropriately while driving resolution.\nStakeholder Management\nBuild strong relationships with executive stakeholders.\nCommunicate effectively and professionally with senior business leaders.\nDemonstrate exceptional discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nTechnical Skills\n5+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Support, or VIP Executive Support.\nExpertise in:\nWindows 10/11\nMicrosoft 365 Suite\nMobile device support (iOS & Android)\nHardware troubleshooting and replacement\nEndpoint management tools\n\nLanguage Skills\nFluent verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English.\nAbility to support Mandarin-speaking executives and stakeholders.\nProfessional Skills\nExcellent executive presence and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to remain calm under pressure during high-visibility incidents.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.\nHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting C-level executives, CEO Office, or Board members.\nITIL Foundation certification.\nExperience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and executive meeting support.\nExperience working within multinational organizations.\nWorking Conditions\nSingapore-based onsite role.\nAvailability to support executive meetings outside standard business hours when required.\nOccasional standby support for critical leadership events.\nMust be
