We design, manufacture, and deploy advanced sensor systems that deliver real-time insights for defense and commercial applications.\nPosition Overview:\nAs we expand, we are looking for a Field Operations Specialist to join our Operations PMO group. This position will execute deployment events, including site installations, test & evaluation exercises, demonstrations, and service and maintenance activities. A Field Operations Specialist is expected to develop a deep understanding of Hidden Level hardware and software platform capabilities and become an expert in their delivery to the field.\nLocation: Syracuse, NY\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate with Growth, Mission Operations and Customer Success, and Program Management team members to help scope customer and mission requirements.\nLeverage modeling and simulation tools to propose physical sensor laydowns per requirements.\nDevelop deployment plans for the enablement of modeled architectures.\nConduct site surveys to assess locations for installation feasibility.\nExecute deployment plans, including the delivery and configuration of Hidden Level sensor assets to customer or demonstration environments.\nSupport the integration of Hidden Level data into external platforms through coordination with Engineering teams as required.\nSupport operational needs of demonstration events as required. This may include:\nConducting drone (UAS) flights to calibrate sensors and/or showcase capabilities\nProviding live monitoring of sensor interfaces to ensure high-level of performance\nPrepare and deliver training to customer end users.\nEnsure compliance with all regulations pertinent to installation environments, including export regulations for international events.\nMaintain a high readiness level of deployment capabilities by retaining positive control of deployment asset, tool, and equipment inventories.\nBuild and maintain relationships with customers and other external stakeholders.\nConduct preventative and corrective maintenance actions as required.\nSupport field operations for Engineering test events.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nA passion for problem solving with a focus on customer and mission success.\nConfidence making real-time decisions in fast-paced environments.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and additional internal and external stakeholders.\nAbility to identify potential new business opportunities based upon customer interactions. \nRequired Qualifications:\nAssociates degree in a technical field. Bachelor's degree preferred \n5+ years of field operations experience.\nExperience in project management and logistics of field operations.\nActive Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance within 6 months of employment.\nFAA Part 107 UAS Pilot Certification or willingness to become certified with 4 months of employment.\nValid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.\nConfidence towing equipment trailer with company vehicles.\nAbility and willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.\nFlexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Candidates must be able to adapt to changing schedules and be available to work as required by business needs.\nAbility to perform physical fieldwork involving standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, climbing, balancing, crouching, pushing, and pulling, and to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Items exceeding 50 pounds may require assistance or appropriate equipment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrevious military or law-enforcement experience a plus.\nExperience deploying RF sensors a plus.\nCompensation and Benefits: Hidden Level offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k) with employer contributions, life insurance, disability insurance, and potential stock options.\nSalary Range: The salary range for this position is estimated at $75,000 to $85,000 annually.
