In this role, you'll build strong candidate pipelines for a range of technical and business positions, partner closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers, and help create a thoughtful, efficient candidate experience. Determined to prove that these attacks were preventable, the team developed a unique, patent-pending, productized solution to support organizations in accelerating their adoption of AI securely. \nOur dedication to innovation has been recognized by prestigious awards such as RSA's Innovation Sandbox Winner, CB Insights AI 100, CyberTech 100, and SC's Most Promising Early-Stage Start-up.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, define target profiles, and develop effective sourcing strategies.\nProactively identify, research, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, referrals, communities, and other creative sourcing channels.\nConduct thoughtful outreach and follow-up with prospective candidates, clearly communicating HiddenLayer's mission and opportunities while building long-term relationships.\nBuild and maintain organized, accurate talent pipelines in Greenhouse; document outreach, candidate information, and next steps in a timely manner.\nOwn relationships and administrative responsibilities related to external recruiters, including coordinating searches, tracking activity, maintaining records, and supporting communication and follow-up.\nAssist with interview scheduling, candidate communications, requisition updates, reporting, and other recruiting administrative tasks as needed.\nHelp improve sourcing processes by sharing market insights, tracking outreach results, and recommending new tools, channels, and approaches.\nWHO YOU ARE:\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates in a professional, authentic, and compelling way.\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple searches, priorities, and follow-ups in a fast-moving remote environment.\nComfortable learning and using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, spreadsheets, Slack, and scheduling platforms.\nResourceful and curious, with the ability to research talent markets, find hard-to-reach candidates, and adapt sourcing strategies based on results.\nA collaborative, service-oriented partner who works well with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and external recruiting partners.\nAble to handle confidential candidate and company information with discretion and sound judgment.\nPrior recruiting or sourcing experience is a nice to have; experience in recruiting coordination, talent research, customer service, sales, or another high-volume relationship-focused role is also valuable.\nAvailable to commit to a six-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.\nWHY HIDDENLAYER?\nWe just raised $100M in Series B funding led by Delta-v Capital, with backing from Morgan Stanley, Microsoft's venture arm, Booz Allen Hamilton, and others.
