across the full stack, supporting technical decision-making\n\nDesign and implement web applications using modern frameworks and best practices\n\nTranslate business and user needs into intuitive, scalable technical solutions\n\nCollaborate closely with designers, customers, and fellow engineers to ensure alignment\n\nPlan, estimate, and implement development tasks based on designs and basic DevOps practices and tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)\n\nExperience deploying and running web applications in cloud environments\n\nHands-on experience with testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end)\n\nAdvanced English skills (written and spoken)\n\nPersonal traits\nStrong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach\n\nUser- and customer-focused, with an eye for usability and experience\n\nComfortable taking ownership of features across the full stack\n\nDetail-oriented, structured, and quality-driven\n\nCollaborative team
